Yea, like I said, it's not a true test. I will say this, the EVO a will roast more evenly, but if you own a LSV, you don't really "need" to buy an EVO. I do think the EVO is better and more precise, but I love the heavy hits from the LSV! And with the DDave mode, it's SO good.
