A wise precaution that I should've taken prior to this catastrophe. Happy I got it on sale, but I'm pretty disappointed that I lost like $75 worth of meds because of a skimpy instruction manual. Not to mention the fact that I can't get my herc to fire at full blast anymore. Thank god today is a...
If this is a core problem and not a defect, there needs to be a disclaimer (didn't see one in the instructions) saying that this thing will fire your persei even without hitting the button & is a fire hazard. Still don't know why it won't heat regularly after I cleaned up all the burnt shit...
@THC SCIENTIFIC is the core supposed to make the cart heat without pressing the button? Just spoke up for a wake and vape, realized I forgot to unplug everything, & noticed that the cart was hot. Took a puff and guess what? Some pretty gnarly vape. Further investigation revealed that nearly a...
I would try the spring first before dropping $ on the warranty. My spring has collapsed a few times exactly how you've described & all I needed was a stretch back in the right direction or a new one. If the problem persists, you likely blew your top.
After using the core for about four hours I can safely say if you don't have one, YOU ARE USING THE PERSEI INCORRECTLY. I am so pissed off that I sat on this for so fucking long. I  UpTech..... yall should sell shirts that say that.
@THC SCIENTIFIC how would one go about replacing their outer shield & mouthpiece for their SR-74? Long story short, got too medicated & tossed it in the trash by accident. And the "vaporizer" has had my attention for a while now, any idea on a release date?
What I'm trying to say is that the issue you are having, is simply a feature that w9 tech added to the persei to protect the circuitry from assembly errors when using the hercules carts. While misfires are a slight inconvenience, its nothing to be worried about. No other vapes do this because...
From my understanding, titanium dioxide possess no threat. It's even in food coloring. I understand that the inhalation may be different but I haven't seen anything that would lead me to believe that it is any greater of a threat than food coloring.
This is not where I recieved my initial info...
Thank you for correcting me on the v3. But understand that the short protection is needed for the herc & is a lot more convenient than blowing your top. The persei can't automatically tell what cart you're putting on it, so the short protection feature isn't going to magically turn off just...
Its just the super sensitive short protection. All is good with your persei, you just have to wait for the new tops or grab a v3 right now through the warranty system.
