Before taking your Solo in use, it is generally advised to let it do 2x a full session of 12 mins. to clean out all of the chemical smells. But mine had to do several more times before I got rid of the smell. My experience is pretty much the same. Works great.

Is that with or without cooling the Solo in between sessions? Do you leave it on constantly? If you leave it on constantly than yes, I guess you might get that much. But you will not be getting that much if you cool the unit in between sessions. This is because the last light takes a long time...
