Didn't read what everyone said, but i want to say my 2 cents. I believe genetically engineered/modified foods is not the answer, and is bad. There are so many negatives effects from it, and I'm sure there are a even more undiscovered, that we will realize only before its to late.
Watched the first season. Got bored after. I dont really like the characters, story development wasn't that exciting to me. Then there's the people making stupid illogical decisions and stuff, which always turns me off from a show/movie. Like the episode where the woman was driving WITH NOBODY...
