And let's recall that the numbers on the Wand aren't actual temperatures, just amount of time it takes Wand dabbing banger to get to the temp displayed on the Wand. Can be a helpful reference, but the click on the Anvil can also be a useful reference point, unless you prefer hits with the Wand...
Man, I just had such a killer RTL experience with just the Anvil and dipping into the Forge on Cascade mode with a tiny nug in XL bowl with Thermocore. Which sets excitement about Tornado thru the roof!
Very cool. Too bad not stem compatible, which I think most of us would have assumed. What I'd like is a 10mm option too. WPA is less restricted than Anvil stems and would add some restriction back for those who want it (or have some nice 10mm pieces for dabs).
@Vitolo , oh I am not sure I was making any particularly clear point. Love the cart solution. Didn't get one for vapes but a lil kitchen cart is one of the best buys I've make for the home.
That cart is looking pretty great @Vitolo !
As for cord management, I think a lot of issues could be solved if there as an even better way to secure the temperature unit. The magnets are a great insight and innovation. But maybe something stronger would help for that piece in particular. Hmmm...
Another vote not to go if we can sweet talk you out of it @ChooChooCharlie . I've been there getting frustrated by other posts, but just want to say how much we've enjoyed your contribution (and glass pics here).
I'm still not sure what I would recommend over it in terms of this style of forced air vapes that can do bags. From a quality of vapor perspective. I'll let others decide about its value proposition.
I have the FW7 but don't think heater design has changed that much. A lovely vape with a nice unique signature. But don't think of it as as in the top tier in just flavor alone. Do consider it a top tier portable all around though.
For flavor alone, prefer all my halogen vapes, Bowle and...
But to be clear the Atlas is not a halogen powered vape. If I understood the question correctly, I think it was about halogen vapes with and without balls.
Of course I could certainly be incorrect in my assumption.
But the Herbalizer is a halogen vape (Tho the Herborizer, while not halogen is another flavor champion in the vape space).
And I believe the original DIY halogen vape kit is REFC's Highlighter: https://refc-labs.com/collections/highlighter/products/highlighter-kit
Big fan of Halogen heaters too. They just rock for flavor and that flavor seems to last for more hits. So far my collection includes the Halo, Angus, Angus Enhanced and Herbalizer.
