A page ago @CarolKing posted a response from Arizer regarding "Authorized Distributors" that seemed to say that Arizer warranties their products from any seller as long as you can provide proper documentation
("All of our products are covered under warranty,")
At least that's the way I read...
As I understood it the contributors to the campaign will get theirs first starting pretty soon, depending on the model and package supported. When they have been satisfied they will start filling the Wait List orders.
As far as early adopters there will of course be a higher number of...
I asked about shorter stems a couple of weeks ago and Arizer said they were not going to be offering them. Perhaps PV or somebody else will come up something similar...a mini Turbo stem??????

I have arthritis issues and came up with a half assed solution that actually works well, for me at least.
I used the squared end of a chopstick (I even had a black one I could use) cut down to about 1 1/2". With the switch depressed I can stick the piece in between the switch and the body and...
Problem seems to be that Arizer seems reluctant to tell you who is authorized. I asked them (re the Air) over a week ago, and also on two previous occasions, and never got a response. So how can you know? I can't find anything on their websites about who is or isn't.

When this first came up I checked mine. One had a washer and one didn't. I had cleaned them at least a couple of times so I may have lost a washer without realizing it (as I didn't notice they even had washers) so I didn't know if one was supposed to have a washer or not. I switched them around...
Before dealing with replacing the screen I'd try turning it on and turning it upside down on a heavy paper towel. After maybe an hour (your guess is as good as mine) I'd lift it up and look under to see if the plastic is melting off. Perhaps holding it upside down you and blot/scrape off most of...
I asked Arizer (on12/15)about the replacement tubes. They replied:
"The Air Glass Aroma Tubes available for purchase are the slightly longer/larger tube you received with your unit."

S&B had the holiday weekend off. Depending on how much has been ordered ahead of you it still should ship out to you on Monday. They ship overnight (but its USPS so "overnight" seems to be a loose term). Comes out of Oakland, Ca. You should have it in time for New Year's eve, etc.
~edit: In my...
Arizer is in Canada so if you order from them it comes from Canada.
I'm trying to find it again, but, FWIW on another forum it was stated (re the Solo) that they are an authorized dealer so Arizer would honor the warranty.
I sent an email to Arizer asking if they were an "authorized dealer"...
No taxes as it is coming to USA (I presume). Invoice will show CAD total, but if you pay with a Credit Card the CC company does the conversion automatically from CAD to USD and will post the USD amount on your account (doesn't hurt to make sure), but sometimes it doesn't show up for a couple of...
Is this place for real? Any chance they are an "authorized" dealer or is this just spec for us as far as warranty is concerned?
Price is CAD so that brings it down to around $175 US.
Too good to be true?

The wooden one they make/sell works well. I put a small piece of velcro on the bottom and that helps hold it in place. I also drilled another small hole in it to stick the tool into so now it holds everything: Nano, 3 stems, 1 GONG, and the E-pic tool.

Mine was full too although I didn't realize that and tried to fill it unsuccessfully a couple of times. lol
But then I moved it around looking into the tank and I saw an air bubble moving around so I figured there was already some in there. It took a few clicks to fire up, but has worked since...
I ordered mine on Black Friday sale and got two with plastic mouthpieces (one longer than the other) and a regular long glass stem(like for the Solo).
