On my FC-UFO (and a similar ash catcher) I use a M2M adapter to add height. Then I just use a F2M or F2F dropdown depending on what I'm attaching.

I find the silicone helps to slow the airflow through NEO so even when it isn't required to make a good seal, it helps to stop the draw overwhelming the coil on low power settings. Has anyone tried one of the GRAV Octobowl variations with the NEO yet?

I guess it depends on the size/shape of the mouthpiece, but you might be able to find a bored silicone bung that fits the ID.
