My friend, if you are indeed getting good dense vapor on amber temp levels then it doesn't sound like an air leak in your heat sink which is often a cause of overheat but in conjunction with no/wispy vapor. I think perhaps your unit may have an issue and Ghost will have to sort it for you...

Sounds like you are ok. As said, most folks are in that 1 - 1:30 range but we all have differing tastes and desires. Now...you do know that if you really heat soak the EVO well the vapor gets a bit thicker than when it just turns green...but I still get pretty dang good thick vapor at 1:15...
