It all depends in my opinion. If I didn't have ANY glass that I could use with my VX device with, I'd get the cloud since it comes with a Hydratube. They are worth $250 alone. BUT, if I had one glass piece that was compatible (14mm or 18mm), I'd get the evo because it isn't too much higher...

In my opinion, it's like maintaining your car's oil. Sure, it will still run but the longer you don't change your oil (ELB, clean or change), the more your car's performance will diminish. I try to clean my ELB every two days. Your cloud device will combust the ELB is incredibly dirty.
