Yep makes perfect sense when the wooden base is the battery/heater cover/air intake and the paper sleeve is the means via friction fit to hold it all together.
I think I can see mine in the above pics, unless anyone chose exactly what I did. Unlikely though with the amount of options...
@Copacetic 1 billion! Is that all!
I received a mail from @Dan Morrison last week asking me to pick 1 from 3 different layouts on my sleeve. It was a difficult decision as I wanted all of them. I keep checking here so often its insane!
I never intended to keep mine pristine and not use it....whats the point in having such a great vape if you just going to leave it on the shelf. That just seems silly in my eyes. :2c:
Mine will go everywhere with me either in a bag or pocket. I intend to use this beauty as often as possible...
Yep dont really understand that adding a drip tip is gonna make it more stealthy. Seems it would do the opposite to me and honestly dont see the point. Surely adding something like this is not gonna make it more stealthy or much different than the standard design glass stem. Unless I’m...
@Hogni nor me. Nothing to do with appeal. I really just think people dont generally take notice of any type of vaping in public now and I personally cant visually see alot of difference in vape design, especially with some of the box type vapes. I have seen plenty of “tobacco” vapes with glass...
I feel that this device is stealthy enough as is. The nomad to me looks no more suspicious or dodgy than any other vape in public use. The amount of people who use vapes nowadays and with all the box mod vapes available, are people really gonna notice or even bother to take notice. I dont think...
@Dan Morrison Can I ask a small question about the different heater modules. You mentioned in the initial letter pre-orders get 2 heater modules a Medium/Low and a High/Medium module. How do the heater modules differ in temp ranges and how do they work if there is no temp dial as such.
@Zabou When I placed my order it was $275. But I am in on the first batch. In a further email Dan sent, the price would rise to $300 for the standard Nomad and will rise accordingly with the choice of materials/woods selected. Hope that helps.
edit: haha yeah what @Fat Freddy said
Amazing! Anticipation is building here. I know this is going to be my favorite vape regardless and I haven’t even held it or seen it let alone used it but.....just look at it!
I’ve given up with my 2 for the time being! I’ve now had over 4 replacements of My Ti in a year and 2 of my S/S am just fed up and the cost of sending these back all the time from the UK is getting ridiculous with all the repeated failures. The last one lasted literally a day before crapping...
I think its perhaps asking a bit much to ask for a specific button. I’m hoping that Dan will match them according to or what best suits the design chosen. But yeah besides that...... D6 for me and my design. That orange would suit lovely! Haha
But to be honest each one is beautiful!
No spirit raising needed at all! I will gladly wait as long as it takes as stated above.
My main hobby is collecting art and have waited for months sometimes years for a commission by certain artists and this will be no different.
But some more photos would be great @Dan Morrison. I love...
Are we all still on schedule for the 28th? @Dan Morrison Not that I’m bothered I can wait for this beautiful wood art vaporiser. Just wanted an idea on how things were progressing.
