Yeah, well I read that to say that they don’t make a 220v version but if you want to try to integrate it yourself, this is what would be required and has seemed to work. Again, they do NOT make a 220v device nor do they provide a part number or make and model of a transformer for EU customers...

I agree that this is a keen looking device and, like Dave, I appreciate the price point. I'm an older guy who rarely vapes outside of my home, so perhaps not the best device for me. But, there are a LOT of folks who like to go portable and take their vape habit with them camping, fishing...

I too just assemble at room temp and no, it never gets stuck. That was the reason for the design of the two piece...bowl and post. The earlier one piece did stick in some people's glass incl mine. With the bowl and post design, no problemo.

If they offered you a refund, what are you still dissatisfied with. They are a small company who made the choice to stay focused on their USA market and as far as I know, while they suggest a power supply, they don’t warrant its performance. At least, that’s my understanding.

It is quite possible you have a bad unit. Perhaps a bad cartridge heater. @nadia_epic @ACE OF VAPE
