The regular stems never really get that hot, there is plenty of room to grab them by. The glass-on-glass stems, however, are smaller, and can get pretty hot to handle if you leave them in for a long time. Congrats on the Solo purchase!

With my ThermoVape in a broken slump, I brought my Double Agent and a Widow Maker with me today. I plan on using it until I feel something. In a completely sober state, I wonder if that huge overloaded cart will have any effect. Look out for another review soon!

What n# does it say on that Solo? Should say underneath "m10X" I think m105 and higher have an extra O ring to hug the stem better.

That sounds like a great idea, the only downside is they will be more fragile. You know how sometimes you have to jam it in there? If it is thin and you jam it in there - the stem might just give way under the pressure.

I tried to remove the delrin sleeve but I guess I was removing that metal housing/bridge too. The rubber must have gotten really wound up and snapped (rolling around somehow?). It's all a guess - I didn't try to break it, was in fact, attempting the opposite :drool:
