@Tweek why do you assume everyone on the preregistration list is going to place an order? Why would DV ignore people with cash in their hands over those who registered with NO COMMITMENT to buy? How does DV know those who had interest months ago still want it?

Holy crap I got emailed a tracking number from davinci, I thought this day would never come!!!

Agreed. The DV employee I just spoke to was a joke (no offense DV). He started the call with "let me get your name, I'll see if it shipped out, we got some, I have to make sure we shipped yours". Gave him my name, waited on hold, came back and asked for my order number. Gave him my order...

I would be more concerned if DV didnt already have an established product on the market. If they are permanently confiscated I'd imagine DV would refund us.

they way I see it, they are STUCK in customs. they wouldnt have gone through customs if they were already made in America, so no, there could not be any hold up. they could receive FDA paperwork and fines after the fact, but the vapes would already be in our hands.

Yes, I also got the lowpro reducer, so getting stuck shouldnt be an issue, was just worried about cracking.
