This thing looks great, I've been waiting for it since we've seen teasers when the pinnacle was announced. Nice and small and stealthy. And I like the temperature range. Any ideas when retailers will have it? I will probably be ordering it direct on Tuesday anyways :P.

Because I am not returning it (RMA replacement), I thought they would only need what was broken. Anyways I asked the rep what I needed to send back, I specifically asked if I needed to send back the glass, charger, manual, etc. He said just the unit. That's why I did what I did.

@Davinci_vaporizer, the rep only asked me for the unit for RMA. I just spend $25 Canadian shipping back the damn defective thing, it's gone, and I sure as hell am not shipping back the charger.

The issue is the "air path", it is truly GonG but that doesnt mean anything other than 2 pieces of glass sliding into each other. The Ascent is as much an "all glass air path" as the solo is. I mean the air is coming from the bottom thru a grill which isnt glass, and now I realize it mingles...

That would be real burn off I would assume then. Mine makes no off-gassing when opened running at 430F. I only see the faint stream of gas out of the top during "burn off".

Yep, it took me 3 attempts to get that photo on the exact right angle as I could only see the wire after the flash lit up. my cell phone being my camera and my only flashlight didnt help either. lol.

I've really studied my photo since I can zoom in, I think its that the wires got wedged in between the silicone and the air path, i dont think that piece was made wrong/created the gap, the wedging of the wires did.

I disagree, If you extend the mouthpeice the vapor will be flowing and expanding everywhere it can AFTER an inhale (since you cant clear it with something like a carb). The next draw you take will have touched the insides of the rubber and the rest of the path.
