    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Me too. I've been using Da Buddha as my day to day vape and the EQV as my party vape. But a better whip solution could change all that. I do believe the herb should be closer to the heating element and the screen system on the cyclone bowl should be less prone to impurities and clogging.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Queried Seller... "The black part is made of aluminum and the screen is 0.75. The tube with is a little 0.375. This is a truly excellent whip only available from us." Too bad! The aluminum is a deal killer for me. But finchrock makes a valid point. As he and numerous others have espoused the...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Looks like it has potential. Similar to Vapor Bros whip. You don't know until you try. I tried replacing the EQV elbow with Da Buddha wand (same size) and my little experiment backfired. :o But, at least I tried.

    Pot Lung and Vaping

Thanks! Actually, I was a skeptic. At first vaping seemed related to smoking. Now I see it as more akin to cooking.

    Pot Lung and Vaping

6 weeks after switching from combusting to exclusively vaping I'm happy to report that my lung capacity has vastly improved. :D I'm not coughing or expectorating as much and my lungs don't feel as irritated. I'm happy I could help answer my own question and thanks to all.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

@ Tom... Have to try method 2. Haven't used fan during warmup. Do you use fan when you toke? It occurred to me (despite the digital readout) that the sweet spot might vary 5 or 10 degrees +or-, unit to unit. I find my EQV sweet spot seems to be 205-210c for examples. Especially since the...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Congrats on your EQV! 1g seems excessive. I find 3.5-5g, halfway to the black rim or a tad more, works best. Preheat herb in cyclone @ 220-230c for 8-10 minutes. Drop to 205c, add whip, and start toking. I like the fan on F1. Experiment with toke style... short, sustained, in and out, etc...

no customs. I wouldn't be too leary of eBay if the seller has good feedback and specializes in vapes.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Ah, thanks! Rinsing your glass and screens in rock salt and hot water after the iso 91 bath gets off that hard to remove crust... Can you tell I once worked on Mad Ave?

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

News to me about the black face! Received a Q from Arizer last week with a mirror around LCD. I think you should Goggle some more. You should be able to get it sub $200.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

All due respect, Mr. Smoke, I've given elbow loads a fair shake. Compared to Cyclone bowls I find elbows hard to draw, harsh on the throat, dry, and not worth the bother for 4-6 hits, especially in light of owning a Da Buddha. Please don't take this personally. IMO nothing compares to to...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Received my Extreme Q a week ago and have been using it 3 or 4 times daily. I refrained from posting here until reading the entire thread, which I have. I did post a review comparing Da Buddha with Extreme Q that can be found here. http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=3032 Thank you...

Da Buddha versus Extreme Q (Side-by-Side Comparison)

Thanks, beez. I do realize that. Although 12 o'clock seems to be the de facto starting point for most on DBV forum.

Da Buddha versus Extreme Q (Side-by-Side Comparison)

Firstly, thanks sticks, for running interference ^. To answer you question (I'm smoking sativa so I can ) I'm beginning to favor EQV over DBV but obviously each has strengths and weaknesses. Proviso... I'm still mastering how to toke EQV with my "blues harmonica" method -- which gives me...

Da Buddha versus Extreme Q (Side-by-Side Comparison)

Yesterday I went back to DBV. These vapes couldn't be more different. Hit the DBV, stir, hold whip between hits, 5-6 hit on .2g, brief vape sessions. Looks like I'll have to clean both DBV wands and replace the screens again today. 3-4 days and they get pretty hashy! This morning I did a .5g...

Da Buddha versus Extreme Q (Side-by-Side Comparison)

@ the electrician > Thanks! I'm still learning. I'd like to get more out of the EQV (I think it's an awesome machine) but it does has a high learning curve. I'm reading through the whole EQV thread. I'm on page 16 now and haven't posted there much because I'm still assimilating it. I know you...

Da Buddha versus Extreme Q (Side-by-Side Comparison)

Nice setup! Not quite an even playing field compared with stock equipment but I'll grant you that was a milky cloud. But how long did you have to let the EQ warmup and percolate? After an initial 2-3 minute warmup period DBV offers on demand bowls all day. Today I did 3 .2g bowls in DBV yielding...
