Received a large SCS from Amazon third party sale yesterday. Works awesome but came with a flaw in the paint of the kief chamber. Anyone know if SCS will deal direct with me or require I go through the retailer?

I've been putting a single serving size on a razor blade and popping it in the freezer for a few minutes. Easy to drop in to a prepared GONG and keeps the glass clean. ABV gets saturated with oil and popped in the ABV jar. Easy-peasy. :2c:
