    The HI

Great news GhostVapor. That was very fast shipping. It was sent first class on Wednesday afternoon. Glad you are enjoying the glass tube. I did check it in my glassware before sending it out. Just have to get my lathe set right and the angle will always be perfect. Your glass /silicone turbo...

Postage is getting outrageous these days. $5.35 for a small flat rate box that is only 1-1/2" tall. Can't get much into it. A HI will fit, but then there is no padding. Forget about putting a Toasty Top into one of them. Unless, you modify it a bit like I did. Two cuts, two folds, and some...

    The HI

Glad it arrived safely to you Orestes. I can't believe how fast the shipping was once I finally got it sent (must have been the box). It took forever to dry the wood. It must have spent an entire hour in the microwave one minute at a time. The mahoe is very soft wood and does not hold threads...

    The HI

Thanks for hanging in there mflb_hustler. Getting very close now. I may have found a way to streamline the process farther. Sorry GO!!bot. I just had to make the all glass turbo tube. It needed to exist. Perfecting the tube has been a bit of an obsession. The tube is so important to get the...

    The HI

Thanks for posting the photos and the review GhostVapor. Any hand looks good holding a HI. Thanks for the order Twanbiz. You are sure to enjoy the HI as well. Don't have your unit made yet either mom, but getting close.

    Need denser clouds! HELP!

The HI makes fairly dense clouds. Comparable to my big hitter. HI Test

    The HI

The temperature is directly related to the voltage applied. A lower voltage will provide a lower temperature. The UD and HI (Zap, PD, and WZ for that matter) use the identical ceramic element to produce heat. The voltage applied (with sufficient amperage) will determine how much heat is...

    The HI

Hopefully, I will have another batch to sell soon. Just finished the metal core tubing work tonight. The heating elements are next. They just thread right in, so final assembly will go quickly. Thanks staticsunn. The tube seems to be one of the more important parts of the system. There are so...

    The HI

I would recommend the all glass tube for you. The fit is not as tight as the silicone obviously and allows for some air mixing to lower the temperature. You still need to watch your air flow though. I like to stir the material between hits to always ensure good air flow. The glass can be totally...

    The HI

I have been too busy inventing to do the website yet Wolface. I would have spent all my time updating it with all the new tubes and features. I can supply the HI with a variable voltage power supply. There is just a bit more work and cost involved in making it capable of accepting the variable...

    The HI

Thanks Vito. I have been on a quest for the perfect roasting tube. After much research, I have concluded that each bowl size has an ideal coverage amount above the screen. The larger the diameter, the more material is needed. A certain amount of heat must be allowed to buildup in the material...

    Get Hammered

Interesting that you are getting improved performance from some vaporizers Vito. Thanks for experimenting. Have you tried it with both fine and regular screens? I don't care for it as much with the fine screens.

    The HI

Here are some photos of my all glass turbo tubes. The first one made was the two piece that is held together with high temperature medical grade silicone tubing. A 10mm glass tube slides into the 10mm ID glass roasting bowl and provides the stop for the screen. The glass is etched in the center...

    The HI

Not too bad of a photo zmurder. The tube on the left is the glass mouthpiece silicone turbo tube. It has a 3/8" hammered screen. It will fit onto the center tube of the HI, UD, PD, and WZ. I have also got it to work on the TT. It will fit into a 14mm joint. The tube in the middle is my new...

    The HI

Thanks Vito. That is kind of you. It was fun meeting with zmurder. He got to see first hand how quickly the HI heats up. I was able to make one of my new solid glass bowl / tube in time to bring with me. I will be interested to see how he likes it. I will post some photos when I get back home...

I'm off for a drive to frigid Madison WI for a juggling festival and should return sometime Sunday. Will be a fun time as usual. Not so good for HI production though.

    The HI

Did you get the shorty glass turbo tube I sent you bio? Did you notice any difference with the hammered screens? As long as you don't overload the bowl and keep good airflow, you should have good luck. Time will tell on the VV units. I just started using them, so we will see. Good so far.

    The HI

Glad to see it arrived safely GhostVapor and is working well for you. The color really is amazing in the sunlight. The HI was designed to accept my Toasty Tubes which are the same size as the CRZ stem. It would be interesting to hear how a Zap stem works in the HI. As far as comparisons go. It...
