Maybe an uncertified pot critic with a connoisseur's palate can still tell the difference? Like I've brought up a few times, any two preproduction units could well have noticable differences, that have nothing to do with the metal, because of tweaks to the components or programming.

Dude, all I'm saying is you are the one who decided to put words in Buzz's mouth as some sort of proof of...something...? Taste is a subjective opinion, and no one can tell you your opinion is wrong, but I can tell you that in the article you linked to, Buzz does not seem to share your opinion...

Also seems to leave a gap with some holes where stuff might fall into the innards?

@slcbdco -where on the page you linked to does Buzz says the flavor is better on the Ti than the SS?? He does say the vapor from the Ti is warmer than the SS. That page is from a month ago, and he is using preproduction units anyway...
