Absolutely! The higher ISO to water ratio in the 90%+ stuff doesn't clean any better, it simply evaporates faster!

91% ISO is more than adequate for reclaim and cleaning purposes and costs $4 quart @ CVS.

@ v4l > Let the ISO seep on the ring, leave the Q-Tip touching awhile. There may be a possibility that the honey will dissolve easier on a slightly heated joint but that's just theory. Also, make sure to use quality Q-Tips and 91% ISO.
