Because it's induction heating and constant, it is always going to emit a smell. It's most noticeable if you start and only use it on high. Then it will smell like weed to anyone. The first few hits, at least to me (hopefully it's not just my nose adjusting), on low smell but it goes away after...
Someone said earlier on this same page that the voltage of the charger has to match that of the Pax. For the Pax's specific numbers, look above and then Google the charger you wanna get.
Same analogy that you used. Wait until you use it frequently daily for about a week, clean it, and do the first session afterwords. That's ground to bean coffee right there... as long as you don't use the lube.
Well considering I didn't buy my Pax from Ploom, I want to buy as many products from them officially to support the product maker. I grind it first, pinch a bit and put it in the trench, then use the file to pack it down. It also does work for adjusting the screen too after cleaning. I just...
All you need to use is a nail clipper; the dirt removing part. It's skinny enough, and with a point, that you can finely turn it and not just move the product around.
On an unrelated note, I just bought the car charger and I can't wait for it to get here.
Sporting events? Which ones? Because at concerts, where people are normally smoking, they don't care that I have a vape. I don't see the general public being cool with this though...
As discsused before, did you just clean it? If so, did you take out some of the extra resin around the walls of...
I found that quad 0 was too light and felt that #00 was where it's at. I only use it to scrub the screen though. With my 90% Iso, I pre-soak the screen as I clean everything else with a nondisposable pipe cleaner. That gets dipped in the 90%, the extra is dabbed off with a paper towel, and I'm...

Was it not a few months...
When you cleaned this time did you take extra resin off the outer walls of the trench? This happened to me and it didn't fit in place. What I had to do was smoke a few at home, get a little resin on the sides and while turning it every time I had to dump it out beforehand because the screen...
What about it? Ploom has a video on their website and/or Youtube page that gives a directional video about lubing the mouth piece. If you're curious as to a potential, cheaper supplement go back about 10 pages.
So I know it was over a week ago but I just moved into my first place and I haven't been able to take time and browse the internet. Finally, with a break, I get to share my awesome Pax experience!
Riot Fest, a three day festival in Chicago, was my first testing ground for outside vaping at a...
You must have been doing it on low only because I get people noticing, but not saying anything or caring really beyond a look, when I'm on high and medium
I know the prior three people already said no but I'll explain why, in case that matters to you.
The way the Pax charges is by putting the unit upside-down onto the charger so there is just no physical way to use it while it's charging. There isn't a wire/headphone-jack plugin to the unit, that...
I noticed that the more you take the screen in and out of the device, the harder it is to get it back in correctly. After weekly cleanings for about 2.5 months, I've finally had to change the original screen out for one of the replacements I bought. I kept the old screen because it still fit...
My headshop also sold it to me for 200. Did they say anything to you regarding the warranty should you have bought it outside of Ploom?
Technically, a head shop can constitute a 3rd party seller as well.
Yeah. I clean it once a week on Monday's, since that's my only day off weekly. I use it 3 times a day so the buildup that occurs warrants a full clean. Pipe cleaners dipped in 95% Iso (I run my fingers over it to get the excess Iso off) to scrub everything and then 00g grade steel wool to clean...
