Hello VXHFormists:
I thought I would relay the interaction between me and support for my situation. I own
a cloud + the 150 dollar upgrade to the cloud+ and 2 year warranty.
ToSupport: Let us say that I had a cloud and I did not buy the upgrade. I could
for 250 dollars turn this cloud...
I have cloud.
Bought warranty upgrade $150
Support said I could upgrade to an Eagle for
$100 on indiegogo site. How do u do this.
Unless better idea will use 5 dolllar one and donate 100
I feel I should say something about the name. But I cannot think of anything. Oh Wait , wait. My wife a bird watcher loves the name. Now I feel I have added true weight to this discussion. The Eagle has landed.
I have a cloud and I bought the 150 dollar warranty (2 additional years and cloud+ upgrade). In terms of the campaign. Do I get any advantage of having the warranty.
What is the history of something being released on the estimated time. It almost never happens. You try to be realistic and also optimistic but with manufacturing my experience says that the worst case is often the best case. You go down wrong paths. Bizarre shit happens but the result is...
That is true. Perhaps a newer one is easier. Me and my friend tried to resolder it. My friend is
an expert welder and he could not do it. The connection became too hot and the ceramic heating
element cracked. I have plans to resurrect this cloud. But it was originally spot welded and...
I also purchased the upgrade and was planning to send my old cloud in for the upgrade close to the end of the extended 2 year warranty. I am not sure what this means anymore exactly but I am not worried.
That Taste Tester event sounds fun. I was wondering if a fanatic would be welcome.
I have been with a succession of startups (who attempted to get venture capital) and this until the contract is signed is really (informed) speculation. It is hopeful and likely but unless you have the money yourself nothing is certain. I am counting on the continued life of this company.
I see I was thinking that "if they dont make it" referred to the company not making it not to the campaign not being successful. I am glad that I donated through paypal. I want the company to have the money no matter what and I am sure they will do the right thing.
I was kidding. But I would almost bet if their is no company there is no nimbus. Rocket science
What missinformation. That the creditors might come and get you. Wake you up in the middle of the night grab your dog for ransom. That is all the truth. And nothing but the truth.

If they don't make it, indiegogo return your money.
What? If they don't make it. You will lose. And the creditors might even come after you cause you were part of the issue.
I am trying to help the company survive. I hope it will survive. But I know there are risks. I don't think...
