I bought my Wispr in July and today the gas just started leaking out from the bottom. I have never dropped it either. Also the on/off button got a lot harder to move. I usually use my Wispr 4 times a day.

If you push down too hard on the button this will happen. I have done this a few times already. When you turn it off aren't you suppose to push it up?

Your probably right. I guess you screw it into the bowl piece to pop out screen.

I'm pretty sure its the moisture condenser. I have no clue where it goes yet. But i never used one in the older iolite anyway. mod note: There is no moisture condenser on the WISPR

Yes they need a signature from someone who is 21 years old. If you are not going to be home just photocopy your driver's license and write on the paper for them to please leave the package and sign your name. UPS did this for me in the past. The only bad thing is if someone steals your package.

The herb chamber screen is a little different then the original iolite. It is a finer mesh so it should prevent more particles from passing through. Just got my Wispr today. It's definitely NOT quieter than the previous model. I do love the folding silicone mouthpiece. Looks like the silicone will tear if you are to aggressive with it. Glad i ordered an extra mouthpiece. But i do like it's flexibility. The dual click lighting is better...
