You can try filling and empying your iolite 2 or 3 times with a better butane. Iolite prefers a 5 times refined butane. Which basically means that the more refined butane has been filtered more so it has less particles in it that can clog things up. If that doesn't work. You can always send it...

Your right the Wispr doesn't need to cycle out. It just switches off. Seems like the switch is just pinching the gas line closed. If i shut off while its heating/cycling it makes a fart like sound.

Both Wispr's had a faultly filler valve. One day the gas just started pouring out from the bottom.

I vape everywhere with my iolite. Malls, movie theaters, at my job while serving customers. I even was in a police station while vaping once. That was a stupid risk but like Forrest says " stupid is as stupid does."

I have sent back 2 Wispr's in a 4 month period.

I soak everything in ISO. Even the silicone piece. No problems yet.

I have received 2 DOA units before. They r usually fine with exchanging the dead ones.

I tried using straight loose pollen a couple of times in an iolite. It tends to clog up the screen. Its better to mix the loose pollen with some of your blend.

That would be a good idea. Or if Vector made a travel size. Like others i have seen but weren't 5 times refined.

Its definitely bad luck. I have never scratched or dropped my iolites/Wispr's. I also wouldn't think using it only 4 times a day would be considered heavy use. I probably should have given up on them but i love the stealth and lack of batteries. Not saying i don't waste tons of money buying...

No problems at all. I called there Illinois number and told them that the gas was pouring out from the bottom. They were very aware of this problem and blamed it on a faulty valve. Within 2 weeks they sent me a brand new replacement. A month later the second valve broke. I'm still waiting for my...

The valve broke twice on both units. The gas was just pouring out of the bottom.

My original iolite with removable pin lasted over a year. The new models only lasted between 3 and 6 months. I have replaced around 5 or more iolites. So far i have had replaced 2 Wiprs in 4 months.
