I noticed you said it was processing on the Herbie website. Where did you find that info on the website? I'm just going by what my credit card statement says.

Check your credit card statement. Does it say "Pending" for the Herbalizer charge? I ordered mine on Thursday and the $725 charge from Herbalizer showed up right away on my credit card, but it was listed as "Pending". Once it's no longer pending and your card is actually charged, that means...
