That's funny, Smokum. I haven't gotten any responses to several emails. No information about my order is available on my "Account Desktop", my credit card was charged two days ago ("You will not be charged until your Herbie ships.") and no-heads up about shipping method, tracking, time, etc...

Would anyone care to give their opinion of Herbalizer's customer service? I'm sure I'm probably the exception, but I'm sorry to say my first impression is less than stellar from a company that sells a high end product.
