What is NOT clear is why the hell would THEY bother to make that last shipping date update and say November?

I don't care if all we are hearing from is people who have problems, and there are hundreds of happy customers out the who never post anything. At this point, it's the fact that we are hearing from the same people who have had problem after problem that worries me.
I'd rather have a lifetime warranty and have to pay shipping BOTH ways than get stuck with a broken piece of junk.
But eventually, I guess that may become a moot point, since the company still needs to be around to honor the warranty. I don't have much faith anymore that they can even make...
Yep, seems like they are charging 10 bucks for a service that costs them half that.
Kinda bogus, hope that overcharging for shipping isn't the only thing that keeps them afloat...
seems like everyone who reported really short battery life has also had the back end problem.
I don't think there is any reason to start thinking there are problems with the batteries themselves.

Yes they more or less correspond- people with (I think?) Dec. 4th 2013 orders are just getting address confirmation emails, and it has been going in order. Mostly- I think there have exceptions....
