@JoeMama - this was already posted on the previous page....
I don't think it has anything to do with people complaining personally, they are just making a pitch for more orders and saying price is going soon, all the rest is just to make you think you won't have to wait so long.
Yeah, anything before they actually have the capability to ship within a short time after the order is placed would still be considered a "preorder" in my book.
Can't really tell from this update if prices will go up even more in the future...
I changed last week, after someone received a purple one and posted a picture on Reddit. Looked a lot more purple than the "official" photo above.
They were quite responsive about accepting my extra money!
My invoice did actually update on the site, which, for GHL, I found impressive.
"Coming online" is not necessarily the same as "now online". Knowing these guys, those machines could not be received and operational for a while.
IMO, the main point of this mailing was "we want more preorders to stay afloat", hence the price increase announcement and push to get em while they...
Machines are "coming online" and "in the works".
That's good, because since the last update, over a week ago, they've only shipped 150 more grasshoppers.
I always use molasses, and usually that's the only thing I feed in the last few weeks.
But to keep it on topic. ....ummm...uh....can't wait to get my grasshopper!!
I'd rather it be on the wet side for storage (well below any danger of mold of course), but drier for use.
Flavor is important to me, but I don't feel like I'm missing that aspect by letting it dry until I can crumble it.
This was the first time I paid for weed in probably a decade. I'd still...
I was just in Colorado. Stopped at the weed store on the way back home. Herb we bought was not even close to "very dry", in fact, it was a bit damp even for my Underdog. 3 different varieties.
So, yeah, generalizations are not always that useful...
You are going to be waiting even longer than everyone else if your grasshopper is from Kickstarter.
(Cause it's actually IndieGogo.)
If you log into their site, it will show an estimated shipping date. These were mostly updated a couple of weeks ago, but should be taken with a large grain of salt.
And then they walked that back in their last update, and made it out like it was their plan all along to have only produced 400 units total in several weeks.
Doesn't really inspire me to believe anything they say....
How can he answer that? If he acknowledges your request, he is admitting that the ones they've been already shipping are buggy and haven't passed any meaningful QC.
Which may be true, but I can't see them admitting that....
