I think you should start out with the indica noir too. I would have suggested the crafty but you have to clean the cooling unit every once in a while with iso, which is something that you are against.
I suggest using the spacer on the noir :D
Man you surely nailed what I was just thinking! When people got their craftys, there was a lot of enthusiastic responses, but then they just kind of petered out....I know I did!
Anyway I'm still happy with my crafty as I'm sure those people who don't post as often here too
Cooling causes condensation of vapour. The craftys cooling unit does an impressive job at that so you will naturally expect condensate in the cooling chamber. Good thing is you can reclaim it, which makes for a great couple of sessions. There was a great cleaning guide written up by vape Dr on...

Crafty FC'ers!
There is a best of thread that I think future crafty buyers would consider mighty useful. Right now there is no entry for the crafty, and i think it really needs one as this thread is ~2000 posts in and has a lot of useful information on cleaning, mods and techniques.

I had one of the earlier V2 indicas and it failed to heat up. apparently affected quiet a few of the indicas and was fixed with the noir. my noir has been running well as has my crafty :)
I was in the same boat. Never likes the sesh times. Crafty blows it out of the water, extraction wise. Tested by vaping the avb in the solo and got nothing
I would say you need a smaller number of hits before everything is extracted. I tried loading a fully extracted crafty avb onto my solo and I didn't get any clouds. So I can say the crafty is at least as efficient as my solo, which is saying a lot
number of hits to finish a bowl kinda varies on the strain I found. with crappy generic aussie "hydro" i get about 5-6 proper clouds. I had the good fortune of getting some white widow and i would get a few more than usual. I once packed in about 0.3g into the crafty and you get about more hits...
yeah you can set it to whatever base temperature you want and whatever boost temperature you want. I believe the crafty goes upto 210c. I never really had any problems with the app, and doest seem like there are major issues, other than the app maybe not working with android 5.0
on cloud...
