There was a batch of 2019 m tips that accidentally went out and wasn’t meant too. The grooves hadn’t been cut deep enough and thus they failed QC. DynaVap is replacing them.
At the risk of being called a fanboy (You know what? Actually, I’m good with it.), my experience with DynaVap’s customer service has always been pretty great.
Not that this is an excuse, but I know they are super busy at the moment between 420 and 2019 “tip gate”.

As far as I know, anyone may commission them, though there may be exceptions? They are made by the one who posted that video, @phattpiggie , a highly regarded artist and esteemed member of the vapcap community.
So awesome. It’s crazy, the teeth don’t seem that sharp. I would think that would mean more resistance and also more build up, but clearly neither is the case. Can’t wait for mine!
The trouble I see with this are that the tolerances for such a tool would have to be tighter than Dynavap’s tolerances for condensers currently are. I have some condensers that I can’t fit a titanium spinning mouthpiece over, while others the same mouthpiece works with ease. For a hollow tube to...
Hmmm... I was worried the harder metal might scratch the vapcaps.
I bought the new stainless silo in regular and xl but haven’t tried them yet.
Is there a work-around?
I wouldn’t. I’m saying I assumed the number listed referred to inner diameter, hence thinking 9mm was correct or at least closer rather than the 12mm.
