You should head over to the Thermovape Cera Thread. IMO it will fit your needs better.

This happens to me once in awhile. I just very gently wiggle it back and forth to break it free. Don't push it down. You will loose the button down into the Pax.

Make sure you do not buy a case with a magnetic closure. If you put a magnet to close to the Pax it will turn it on even if the mouthpiece is down / or off. I burned up a few ovens before i figured that one out. I was using an original iolite case. That has a pouch inside with a magnetic closure.

IMO i don't think the resin is the cause. Only because it still happens even right after a cleaning.

I don't even need to blow into the bottom of the mouthpiece to get it working. I just put the end of the mouthpiece right up to the first groove between my lips to get it working every time. I think it has to do with the stainless steel being cold. Not because of resin buildup. Warming the end...

I just received my replacement Pax from Vapeworld. I mailed it out November 20th and 9 days later its back. Pretty good turn around. My iolites would usually take 2 weeks.

I agree that the draw is way too slow. It seemed like he was going to pass out do to the lack of oxygen. Plus i wasn't very impressed with the amount of vapor produced after such a long draw. Not hating, just my observation.
