To press hash with no blowout you gotta take it slow. You need to allow it to heat up fully before any pressure is applied. Gravity is almost enough for the rosin to flow out of the filter.

Since your growing I’d also suggest the 3x5 or even 3x7. They have no minimium amount to work well. No need to freeze before pressing. I think that could mess with humidity as it heats through the dew point.

I actually collect all my rosin leaning into a refrigerator on the glass shelf. There are many ways. :)

That press is so tiny. Open it up and turn it on!! I use Costco kirckland paper. Huge rolls. Works good.

I have to move all 5 wires. None were in the right spot.

I am now up and running. My box was wired to the high5 spec. It was a quick task to rearrange the 5 wires.

Yeah the sour patch candy is delicious. I just ate one. :) My control unit is kicking my gfci outlet when I try the new coil so I guess I either need to rewire my controller or get one that has the standard pinout. Any recommendations for a reasonably priced good controller?
