I didn't ask that clarifying question so I can't really say for sure. I assumed if the battery quit under warranty it was covered and that the cost they quoted would be for repair outside of normal circumstances.

VHB just released a portable IH. i have the plug in 3D model and it's replaced the torch for indoor use in my home. I've only used my torch a couple of times since receiving my heater and all those times have been on the go away from my heater.

My technique with a torch clocked in at 41sec. Ronxs aimed at the top portion of the thermal battery. The vhb heater clocked in at 40sec to the second click. I'm not sure how adjustable this is yet. I'm still playing. In VHBs Instagram videos they show it off clicking as fast as 30sec.

I understand that you are still likely figuring things out with your new heater, but how do the results compare to a torch? Are you getting one hit extraction? I'm able to ride the line with my torch and get complete one hit extraction every time. I hope I can go that with the heater too
