They ran out of purple Ti bodies (and possibly other parts, who knows?) a few weeks ago. They said I should be receiving mine right after the holidays, guess I'll bug them again in a week or so if nothing happens....

You can't put this delay on backers changing their orders at the last minute or not knowing how to use email.
This is on GHL, and their transparency goes only as far as answering specific questions from people that have made the effort to contact them.

I'm more pissed at them for saying weeks ago that they were getting all the necessary parts to fill all orders. Which turns out not to have been true, since they have been waiting on some parts for at least a week.
Asked them what's the deal, here's Caroline's response:
