I have only used flower and tinctures and am not familiar with other mediums. One important caveat is that when I vape up to .075mg a day this is in a OmniVap which uses considerably less flower than my Firefly2 or VapeXhale EVO. The OmniVap simply delivers superior results for me.

I believe my tolerance is already pretty low and am mainly a microdoser. When I exclusively vape ACDC, which is 20% CBD & 1% THC or CBD tincture, I do not feel that it sets my THC tolerance even lower. That being said, I usually only vape from .05mg to .075mg a day which is a recent increase...
