I was wondering about the charger and using it with the original battery in the package. Isn't the failure rate relatively small ( under 5% or so?) in all of the grasshoppers, if I remember correctly one of those HL updates? At the moment, I can't get a spare battery in reasonable time and I...
I have had no problems using the Storm in cold weather( minus 2 degrees, meaning a bit of snow). Battery does run out fairly quick, but I have one spare battery.
Edit: I have the version with 5 clicks to turn on and 3 clicks to change temp.
I use the funnel that came with the bubblerMP, its just the right size, especially when you cut the "pipe" part so it's just the "cone". I made a similar size cone from a piece of paper and tape, couldn't be easier to load it.
Is this for leaf also? I really like the compact integrated water- system. Or is the size bigger than it seems? Anyone know any similar design for leaf?
Edit. Missed the "only for wax"- part...
Couldn't find any other pics, but page 6 has this post http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/storm-vaporizer.17773/page-6#post-854037
You can see that it seems that the electronics are below the heating part and the air is taken only from the side holes.
I use the bubblerMp 99% of the time, but when I use the silicon mouthpiece, it doesn't get too hot to use. The unit itself does get hot though when I do 2 or more full sessions on the hottest settings. The draw with the silicon mouthpiece gets so dry and hot so I don't like using it, but the...
Thank you for the helpful post. We tried the VCC- app and used the Poll- setting for older firmnware, but no luck. Maybe it just needs some tweeking to get it working with the VCC as this is a earlier Crafty from 2014, I contacted SB and will keep trying to get the VCC to work in the mean time.
Has anyone tried both the bubblerMP and the budgie-bubbler? I might consider buying the budgie bubbler if it makes a worthy difference, as the mouthpiece is great.
After a while of heavy use, I'm pretty pleased with the Storms performance. I'm getting even more consistent results with different amounts and strains. The heating performance hasn't degrated, more like it has gotten a bit more precise and there is absolutely no heating chamber- taste. Both...
I really recommend the bubblerMP if the vapor feels harsh at high temps. I don't smoke at all and can't vape at high temps but with the bubbler, the vapor feels really cool and moist and the mouthpiece is not expensive.
The most heartfelt place for me to vape is my own couch, next to my kitchen with fridge full of several delicious and flavorlicious deligths and beverages. The couch is located, with the utmost perfection, right infront of my tv and computer, so that I may enjoy all the modern entertainments...
I have alot to say about the Storm, but to keep it simple, I haven't regretted switching from my Crafty to the Storm with a bubbler- mouthpiece.
From taste- perspective, the Storm holds up pretty good on first 2 heat- settings, but after that the taste gets kind of bland compared to Crafty...
I don't see a problem, atleast not that big, with branding an excisting vape if they have made improvements. It's pretty interesting if the heating is really convection or a mix of conduction/ convection.
There happens to be many products that are popular even if they are just re- branded...
Got one today with the bubbler- mouthpiece. Superfast delivery from Vapefiend and great service!
Initial impressions:
Size is luckily smaller thank it seems on pictures and videos.
Really sturdy feeling build.
Mouthpieces attach firmly despite the looks so you can move the vaporizer around...
Hi everyone, I'm thinking about buying a Firefly but I have a small concern. I owned a Crafty, so I would like to know if someone who owns both vaporizers, could tell me if the vapor from Firefly is hotter/ more harsh compared to Crafty?
And can you use the firefly in any position? Or does the...
