Grown Properly, CJ is top shelf. As others have said, the grower's ability makes much more difference than strain

I'd go for the one that is actually made for concentrates, I am not convinced that the AVA will have even close to the same lifespan as the Rev when used for oils. I could be wrong here, someone chime in with proper knowledge if so.
