I had pushed the oil coil down as far as it would go with multiple different small objects, so I would have to say yes unless you have to like squish it in.

I would think it'd be a bit tedious to ship out the instructions for us to sign and mail back as, I'm sure, that nearly everyone here has already read the instructions, if not multiple times in anticipation for the sr-71; just my two cents.
