RE:The people having trouble opening the herb compartment.
Further stoned experimenting last night made me realize that it seems much easier to open when the lid and center plate are connected than when the lid is off.
Heh, digressing slightly with this hash talk, I remember my college roommate and I made this hash smoking rig out of a ball jar. We had something in the bottom holding a push pin we'd put a little ball of hash on, light it then put on the lid with an improvised mouthpiece (which may or may not...
That made me think to try twisting while opening and it makes it feel like it's harder to open than hinging straight up. Maybe folks are having a hard time losing the habit of twisting to open grinders? Those three posts that grip the center poll stop it from twisting.
For the US folks: USPS' Informed Delivery service at usps.com is pretty great. I already have my tracking info there  Looking forward to when she lands Monday.

So you have a Splinter and you'd like to setup temp control in tubomyevic. Problem is funkyjunk tuned the PID settings for the Tubo heater. I've done a little bit of guess and check tuning with the NFE device monitor and arrived at some PID settings that seem to work pretty well so I thought I'd...
I installed tubo_myevic but I mostly haven't been using cruise. Splinter hits hard enough I only want one hit at a time anyway (though tubo does also get rid of the on demand timeout 15s is probably plenty)
Yeah, you saw right. George did a youtube video at one point on the generations and it's tough to really delineate, they definitely make iterative changes all the time.
