Hi Oblivious sheep, Welcome to FC
I use the extreme Q screen with no problems, if you want it to stay attached to the mouth piece, like shown in some of the photos posted in this thread, then you need to form it around the ridge below where the existing screen was originally attached.
To clean...
Thanks @Boundless Vape Technology for explaining it, very much appreciated.
Good look with the award, hope you enjoy it when you come to UK next month!
Agreed get rid of the smoke!:goon:
I was under the impression that the ceramic oven/cylinder part is the only heating source and the ss spiral air-path just gets hot from the radiant heat of the outer ceramic heater tube... the actual heating element inside the ceramic walls could be run...
The fuse blown and i had the red/yellow lights of death, i opened it up and found that the fuse had a poor connection to the board via a push fit type connection, the heat produced by this made the thermal fuse blow. I removed the fuse and soldered the heater supply cables directly to the PCB...
I wouldn't call myself legendary but i have managed to keep my crafty going and documented it's in this thread somewhere.. Ive swapped out the battery a few times since original, purely for performance/heat up times. Soldering the heater cables to the main board and removing the blown thermal...
I'm still mixing between the crafty and the CFX, I love the sweet flavour hit from the CFX after the first few draws, as the bud warms up quickly you get some wonderful tasting tokes that rattles you're taste buds and keeps you coming back for more.
I'm still using it with the extreme Q filter...
Ive kept on with the CFX Primarily because I'm still loving the flavor this thing kicks out at me for the first 4/5 mins of the session. That and I've got it working sweet with EXQ filter, I have removed the mouth piece filter that came with it, now just use an Extreme Q filter. Its a perfect...
I've now had a few sessions and I'm glad to say I'm enjoying this vape. Long slow draws brings lots of tasty flavor, it coats my throat and mouth with my greens tasty resin that's there for a fair while after I have finished vaping. I have been loading .2/.3 giving it a medium weighted pack/tap...
Ive not yet but I tried filling the included wax capsule with herb, filled it up just a light tap down put the temp up to about 420 and it vaped nice for a couple of really long slow deep hits, well i got lost thinking about the taste and quality of the vapor though, trying to draw at the right...
Yes @Boundless Vape Technology sent the unit out without an international delivery charge and they made it get to me ;) without charges, thanks for that guy's. As i have said previously Boundless the company so far have been very transparent apart from this convection thing. They also offered...
Got some amnesia haze and English cheese to try in it tonight.
I also found zero gassing, it did smell a bit funky but nothing i wouldn't really expect from a new unit.
Correct Elastic.
If anything this makes a great oil wax device... the power of the heater is up there and even more powerful than most desktops!!
The charging through USB, i monitored its current usage and it pulls a full 2A from USB 5V although it does fluctuate down to 1A near end of charge.
Yes, it vibrates, The module is in the front part from what i can see its the blue and red wires coming off the board.
Yes its a tube within a tube, this air gap is not connected to the air flow from the bottom of the device. To test this when it was dissembled (as it was in the first pic) i...
Yes i got the CFX this morning! Elastic you called it 100% this is a conduction ONLY vape
I have not used it yet, i just got it and stripped it down. The oven walls are the heat source and the air just passes up through the bottom of the oven, i cant see the heat exchanger which is pictured in...
This promised so much, i was sold on the convection aspects!! Ive not even received mine, and i can already tell now from the users first review its not what i am looking for.
