My only problem with BLP is the sizes they sell directly don't work for me. Thankfully Rosin Evolution carries BLP in smaller sizes.

I have done this a few times with my E-Nail (d-nail sic halo) and I learned the best way to remove carpet glue is heat and isopropyl alcohol. As I haven't done this to my Weedeater I don't know what temp to bump it to, but maybe you can figure that out for us. Good luck getting it clean!
