that should work well. i dont pull on the unit during warm up. i do hold it basically level so a not to promote leaking into the lower chamber while heating and not pulling. also, you need fully charged cells or the core.
i use this set up exclusively. very important to let it warm up from a cold start, prob about 15 secs or so. then just pull on it very very gently and consistently and you will get massive tasty clouds. also, dont over load with the 3.7 rod, less is more!!!!
air to vapor ratio- the larger the openings the more air you pull into the chamber?
3.7v black rod + hammer top + core= excellent performance and taste!!
if you run it open i would think the aff is doing nada. i am a little skeptical because i prefer to basically keep it as closed as possible-
just saw caligulas post, that is what i was thinking, a few pulls and some oil will hold it in place
so mud, are yo back to the black rod yet? or still...
received the core last night. made very well as expected! basically "fresh battery" performance all the time. using it with the bender was unbelievable and well worth being "connected"
the hammer top is a must with the 3.7v rod!!!! better flavor and better efficiency with the meds. i get the same dense clouds as the 7.4v just takes a few seconds longer-
also, alot less leaks to the lower chamber!!
did you try and reassemble to see if it works even though you have little spring in the post? i havent had spring in months. set the rod to have contact with the post and i have a .9ohm reading on a 3.7v black rod with no problems
vapvap-
is it the persei that is not working or is a herc not firing up on the persei? i was vaping away the other night with the herc while reading an article and realized it was not firing anymore. the led on the persei was glowing but nothing from the herc. i dissasembled the herc and saw...
