Glad you tried the lower settings and enjoyed. My pin is almost flush with the bottom plate. I’ve found lowering the pin will produce slightly darker roasts.

4200 at 95% has been my sweet spot with Cascade mode. 1 click, then after 2nd heating 2nd click. Usually pull 3-4 DEEP hits this way. When I reheat (cascade), ~750 joules have built up for next heating.

That’s smoking area there lol. For me, low 21.x with 3 seconds on the atty and 8 seconds on the chamber. Not a lite spin touch, but slowly turning making sure the head has consistent contact. Not click until I start my pull. Second click is usually right after. If not, 2-3 seconds heating...

Using the @ScruffyWoofers adapter pairing the Tornado to a Dovetail dyed box elder burl stem. Going back and forth adding an Omni Mp, but overall enjoying as a 14mm XL stem without Mp.

I added a Dynavap rubber mp to my poker stem. Keeps my fear down of ruining the tip with saliva. Could never get the stock screen in 1/2 bowl position, so I tried a Tempest screen today and it worked perfectly. Holding less now but still a powerful pull. Used daily.
