Welcome to Roffu ownership and the forum @drift7! Most new lithium batteries take a few charge/discharge cycles to reach their full capacity, nothing to worry about. I have a Nitecore SC4 that works great but I rarely swap out the Roffu battery as USB-C charging is so easy.:2c:

I would hold off on the spare batteries until you test drive the unit, I rarely ever swap the batteries as the USB-C charges the unit pretty quickly.

A standard VC works great with the Wand @gotbadvas and one charge will see most people covered for a weekend...2x18650 quick swap batteries are a great selling point for the Wand as it takes only a few seconds to swap the batteries out.
