Mine too and it's a replacement from them maybe a month or 2 old, no drops orings or over tighten screws. Email them with a picture of the bottom and the cracked part.( they always Ask for model number anyway) and see f it's covered , I was looking into a plexi glass bottom with longer screws...

eBay had a few listings that the seller was supposedly from China and the solo was $50 US dollars. Had to wait 3-4 weeks to ship . Not a clone just a non existent product.

You should be good if its not even a year but if not contact Arizer directly if you have any problem. Thats what I did when mine was dying about 20 months old.I contacted them first to see what they would do. ( thought they would tell me to contact ebay seller although mine was a heater issue)...

The Nano stem will not fit over the HI. And the HI stem is to big for the Nano. I've used the Nano stem with my HI but it's like a ball and socket fit.

I think it does Load a stem put it in, heat it and blow through the bottom holes. Vapor will come out of the stem.
