I don't think it's fair to characterize that thread as '7 or 8' malcontents. I think of myself as a fairly reasonable person, and I too am very displeased at RBT's total lack of concern for the customer.

I'm not sure I understand what's to be gained from comparing an evo with a volcano - except to maybe prove that a cat is definitely not a dog.
