You should look into the Storz & Bickel "Plenty". That thing's got a gigantic freakin' chamber and is pretty easy to just sit there and puff on, if you've got the tolerance and fortitude for it.

A log pairs really nicely with the evo in my house, because while I shut the evo down when I don't think I'll be hitting it for a while, the logs are always on. On days off it's nice to get a little taste or two from a log, hop in the shower, and then hit the evo before wandering off to stuff...

Yeah, definitely burning them off at max after use. For whatever reason, max temp on my unit seems to defeat the auto-shutoff, too, so some of them have burned off for, well, quite some time.. :doh:

Thanks! I gave one a short soak to no avail, but i've had one soaking since yesterday with some salt. I agitate it when i remember to, and it looks like some of the nasty black caked-on shit is starting to come loose. Test tube brush is a good call, i should track something like that down...

I've had pretty solid luck with the AC dual coils and the evic vtc mini, been running 13w and anywhere from 350 to 420. I got a Nibbler AC on Friday and now things are even more awesome.
