They designed the MFLB so the heating element wouldn't touch the rubber o ring. The only parts that heat are the metal bars and the screen wires that run in between the two bars, not the wires perpendicular. I have this vaporizer as well and it doesn't produce anywhere close to the amount of...

If the screen is fine enough it'll keep even kief out of the holes, but I only see my screen being able to keep any sized plant material (besides kief) from getting in. Huge reduction from regular particulate from getting in! Edit: The size of DBV screens are .583in or 14.8mm in diameter.

It's all the way to the bottom. Screens already have a set thickness, it only needs an extra millimeter or two to increase the airflow. It's basically the concept of people lifting their stems to increase airflow, as to not let the glass sit right on the holes, but it's always going to be a...

I'd just like to go over my SS screen mod, as to increase airflow. I found that tugging on this thing wasn't cutting it, and I have heard of tintest's SS disk mod so I thought I'd use my Da Buddha screen to raise the glass sitting on top of the holes. I haven't gotten to test it thoroughly...

Just a side note, I love how I'm comfortable putting this down on surfaces sideways. It's not even that warm to the touch. I already have a bong that has a carb in it, it just wouldn't work. For now, I have to draw out of the stem or use my Buddha for water filtration, but this thing...

I agree, the glass gets incredibly hot and holding that carb would get uncomfortable after taking hit after hit.

Video didn't show up here either. But for future reference, TRVB, there's two rows of options for quick replying. There's two things, a tree and film on the second row. The tree is what you want.

If you have a SS screen you could put in there, do it! It helps with air flow

Doesn't seem to be a major flaw, but I opened up my Solo to find this unpleasant surprise! :bang:

 Well I attempt to use my DBV as a portable unit, I take it with me everywhere man. Turn on, while waiting to heat up I fill wand, pack, tubing. Then turn to 12 and vape. This thing is turn on, fill, wait, and start. Much quicker than the DBV too!

Pull up the straw meaning, mess around with the straw inside the Solo. Notice how there's better airflow at different straw insertion heights? Play around with that and heat  Also I noticed how friggin easy it is to use this bad boy! Turn it on, pack the stem, insert the stem, and draw...

I just received mine as well and had these same exact thoughts minus the extra straws ;) Yeah I found if I ground up my material too much it would go through the holes. I tried putting cotton in there but it was sucking up all the vapor up, that bastard! :argh: But definitely I'm pleased...

    The evolution of vaporizers.

I say the must have vape currently is the Solo. Can't beat $160, and I took it out in the woods and got baked off of a bowl. Glass vapor path is a definite plus. :D

1 12 minute cycle. There will be particulate in your vapor unless you use another screen or cotton to catch it.
