My 5th LED might not be connected right somewhere, it periodically starts flashing as if it's going out.:bang: Edit: Mine looks like this, and the lip is there so I can grab it with a paper clip or mechanical pencil:

Oil build up in vape actually vaporizing?

Yep, just confirming here that it's a potent oil that you can reclaim

I'd love to see the outcome of the glassblower's work. Hope it comes out really well made and fits right!

Would make sense, I see the charging port now.

For sake of saving space, OF, I'm not going to quote your post. (M1A4) I've noticed if I'm using my Solo on 4 and I catch it on it's "cool down," it jumps down to 3, then stays there as if it can't catch up until I stop drawing. I think I have noticed the jump up but thought nothing of it and...

As I've been looking at this vape, I noticed something peculiar. Is that a regular AA or AAA battery? If so, it could be quite versatile with power options, but add thickness to the vape itself.

I would assume it is for efficiency purposes, but I could be wrong.

Useful to have vapes up in the sig. Took two fatty hits out of this now:

That is the best god damn advice yet, and I don't even have to buy anything! Thanks so much Fred!

You just have to keep checking! I've been very loosely following the GonG posts on here, and at one point I think it came in stock then went out of stock within the same day. Me? I just don't have the money, college man :argh:

I'm really scared to try it with water until I get a GonG adapter from PV or somewhere else or get some sort of rubber grommet. I put in my stem in and it chipped the stem! Bong downstem is fine, and I'm still using this stem (sanded it), but I'm not making that mistake again!

I'm figuring that the dual chamber is to make the conduction vaporizer more efficient? Assuming it is a conduction vape. Looks like the price point will be $200. A little high, but let's see how it unfolds ;)

I would like to add that I generally use paper clips to clear/stir a bowl and a golf tee to pack them, they're everywhere around my house.

My stem can fall out too if I'm not careful, I have to tell people that so they don't grab it by the stem. I've found when I'm using the Solo, the fit gets looser. I just keep a finger on it because I am using ABV currently and don't want copious amounts of herb on my heating chamber screen, so...

Ahem, sorry chaps  So far with my screen being in my Solo I haven't gotten any charred material, I was having an issue with material touching the hot SS bowl.

I believe old models used brass, the new ones have SS. I have one that's SS. This one doesn't have SS: Stock, so not pointless ;)

Hmm, the brass rods in the MFLB probably don't get any hotter than 200˚F, but the screen gets to more or less 375˚F after 4 seconds of holding in the battery. The Solo heats hotter than that inside because it's a convection unit, so at it's highest setting at 410˚F it's probably actually hotter...
