Got the plenty as advertised. It didn't come with screens for the loading chamber which kinda sucks, but I already ordered a wear n tear kit, so I guess it's not a huge deal. Seems to heat up fine unless the front dial is off. Probably won't be able to use it till Fri or Sat.

I had a question about the cord strain relief. Sometimes my unit loses power and I have to fiddle with the cord to get it working again. Is that a strain relief problem or something else I need to figure out?
