If you take the mouthpiece (just the mouthpiece! not the silicone) off the tip of the cooling coil, it seals in a 14mm female joint.

I calibrated it before weighing, but maybe it's just not sensitive enough? Either way it's gotta be in the 0.1 range. And I'll try that cotton trick sometime. How much do you usually use? Do you think a flattened cotton ball would be sufficient?
